Paul, I just had to say a huge thank you to you and all your staff for making our stay so pleasurable. Adrian and his Carer, Chris and I, thought your little place perfect in every respect. All your staff where courteous and pleasant, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the food varied and tasty. I am wheelchair dependent and have stayed twice at The Fat Lamb. On both occasions we have been well looked after - the food is fantastic! It is an ideal location for travelling around North Yorkshire and the Lake District with numerous attractions to make it possible to see something different on each visit or just renew acquaintances from previous occasions. We'll be back in August 2006!

I luved The Fat Lamb! It was the best part about my third trip to England. I'm 14 and i went with my parents who left a letter and "applets and cupletts" for the staff. You were great! I can't wait to return! Beautiful horses, too. ~Elyse

I've stayed at the Fat Lamb many times when I lived in England. I have to say that it is second to none with great food, atmosphere and friendly staff. It was always a pleasure to stay there and I intend to return for another stay on one of my visits to England.
