Just to say we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Its a really comfortable place. We all enjoyed the food and beer, and cordial atmosphere. We felt well looked after. Despite the weather it was a great weekend. Your drying room did a great job too!

I would just like to say thanks for a great weekend we enjoyed the food, drink, company and camping spot. It is a lovely area and you all made us and the dogs very welcome. we look forward to seeing you again soon hopefully.

I would just like to say that the 9 of us from The Austin Healey Club, Yorkshire thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at The Fat Lamb and were looked after very well by all the staff who had contact with us.

 We enjoyed what was a lovely drive and excellent hospitality.

On behalf of all our group, thank you and all your colleagues for the wonderful experience we enjoyed over the last 3 days.

The food you provided was superb, (with one of our members saying that it was way beyond ‘pub grub’ and up to international restaurant standard), the accommodation was clean and comfortable, and your colleagues were all friendly, polite and efficient. Please pass on our grateful thanks to all concerned.

The rally plates and your route planning were excellent – especially with the inclusion of a couple of road closures to liven up the journey and raise the adrenalin levels prior to the relaxing voyage aboard the steam gondola!

We all enjoyed the route back to Mackenzies, where we enjoyed a great lunch together before setting off on our individual journeys home.

You even managed to arrange great weather for the duration of our trip, which was appreciated by all concerned! It is therefore little wonder that we have had universal approval for a repeat event next year, and I am already taking names for a ‘reserve’ list!

Once again, many thanks to you and your colleagues for arranging such a pleasurable few days, and we look forward to receiving the photo’s you have taken so that we may re-live the experience!

Loved my stay. Friendly staff, amazing venue, slept like a log and a fantastic shower. Beautiful views to boot! Thank you to the Fat Lamb and all involved, loved it!
